Less than 24 hours before the tour: A 25% cancellation fee will apply, and unfortunately, no full refund will be provided if you cancel within 24 hours of the tour start time. No-shows: No refunds will be provided for no-shows. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your walking tour, we are happy to accommodate subject to availability. Please contact us at least 12 hours in advance to request a change. Cancellation by the Tour Provider: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule the tour due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible, and you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule for a different time or date. Weather Policy: Walking tours typically proceed in all weather conditions unless safety is at risk. In case of extreme weather conditions (heavy rain, storms, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel the tour.
